Wife and I with The Every Day Paranormal Team

The Historic Fairfield Inn, Fairfield PA.

The wife and I are regular guest's at The Historic Fairfield Inn, we have become almost like family with Sal the owner, Sal's wife Joan and their daughter Alexandria.  We are greeted when we arrive by our good friend Jim the Bar Tender and Kim the waitress who is also a Parole Officer.  It was on a stay in October 2008 that I managed to get one of the most exciting photo's ever.  I was told by our friend Francine Milano who was a Psychic in Gettysburg at the time who has now moved to Lancaster.  That the photo I got was a one in a million opportunity.  If you click on the photo it will take you to the page that describes what took place and a larger image.

My wife was contacted by Joan that the Discovery Channel's "Ghost Lab" was interested in interviewing me about the photo.  So with excitement we made arrangements to travel to the Gettysburg and reserve a room at the Fairfield Inn, we got the Patrick Henry room at the top of the stairs, so it would be easier for Jeanette with her knee.   We checked in, it was a short time later we met Joel the executive producer of Discovery Channel, I signed a release for the use of my picture (located at the end of this paragraph) and my wife signed a release for her interview about her experience in the suite when a spirit sat on the edge of the bed.

There Appears to be something forming in the second photo

My wife and I took advantage of the "Romantic Getaway" that is offered by the Inn, so we made arrangements for dinner.  Slowly the TV crew and the Paranormal team starting showing up.  My wife was to be interviewed by one of the cast members, not realizing that it would be in the middle of our dinner.  So the wife went up to the Three Colonel's Suite were the incident took place.  I remained down stairs enjoying my salad.  A short time later my wife joined me for the remainder of the meal and she explained briefly how the interview went.  She was excited that she had her 15 minutes of fame.  I didn't mind that they didn't interview me I had my 15 minutes of fame quite a few times.  One time when I appeared in the Ted Turner film "Gettysburg" (Check out my experience on another page) also when I appeared in another "Ted Turner" film "Andersonville" and when I got the One in a Million photo of a Calvary charge mentioned above in the second paragraph.

We finished eating and were planning to go on the Battlefield when we were asked if we could not stay in our room so the program could do their production.  So we packed up our equipment and headed to Gettysburg, the first night we decided to go to the farther side of the Wheatfield for a change.  The second night we did a walk from the Emmitsburg Road back to the Virginia Monument, I wasn't sure how Jeanette would be able to handle the unevenness of the ground, I remember how it was doing the film.  I more or less stayed close to her making sure she didn't fall and she couldn't get up.

The weather was beautiful, both nights, we stayed out as late as we could on the field and then we went to Sach's bridge to consume some time till we were allowed to return to our room.  Which was after midnight.  We will bill returning again in June for my birthday.  Till then, below are some of the results of our visit.
